Subsidised Commercial Lease Arbitration and Mediation Scheme

The government has announced that it will fund a subsidised arbitration and mediation scheme to ensure businesses that suffered as a result of the COVID-19 response will get help to resolve disputes over commercial rent issues.

The Scheme will be operational shortly. In the meantime,  register below and we will keep you informed as to when and how to access the arbitration and mediation scheme.
