APPLY FOR EARLY NEUTRAL EVALUATION

Before proceeding, the parties will need to agree to submit their dispute to Early Neutral Evaluation. This can be done by signing NZDRC’s standard form Agreement for Early Neutral Evaluation.

If you would like a template Agreement for Early Neutral Evaluation, please complete a request form by following this link, and our Registry staff will prepare this for you.

If the parties have agreed to submit their dispute to Early Neutral Evaluation and you are ready to proceed, please get in touch by emailing our registrar below.
