EXPERT DETERMINATION CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

The purpose of the confidentiality agreement is to ensure that all representatives and support persons of parties to Expert Determination understand the responsibilities that they have to the process and that they agree to maintain the confidentiality of the Expert Determination process.

All representatives and support persons must sign a copy of the confidentiality agreement as a condition of their participation in the Expert Determination (Appendix 1 of the Expert Determination Agreement is the confidentiality agreement for Representatives and Support Persons of Parties to Expert Determination).
