NZDRC is offering a special fixed fee mediation service for disputes as to payment obligations under commercial leases arising as a result of the COVID-19 lockdown. To apply for that service, you will need to complete our Application for Lease Dispute Mediation Form.

For all other mediation cases, please complete this form to get the process underway.
