Gloria is an excellent mediator who has provided many years service within Government, the Corporate Sector and varying SME’s.
She is known for her excellent mediation skills, communication building and mentoring of those involved with mediation issues. She provides a practical solution focused approach, which moves the issue quickly to conclusion.
Gloria also provides extensive training and professional development on conflict resolution and associated communication issues. To do this she offers a variety of techniques and tools she has developed, that deliver more effective solutions within a conflict paradigm, as well as providing a major focus on communication and negotiation strategies. Her service provision also includes solutions to: poor management performance, staff underperformance, team issues, developing managers into leadership roles and conflict resolution.
Her key areas of expertise lie in assessment and analysis of the issue, the provision of a formally designed cohesive plan and the delivery of the successful outcome. Depending on the analysis, this could involve a variety of interventions, but may involve working one on one with a staff member, or involve a specially designed workshop for a small group, or even the whole company. As part of the service, she custom designs and runs a variety of workshops, ranging from Effective Communication at Work to Negotiation Skills. With her involvement, some common outcomes are: positive acceptance of the issue; ongoing interpersonal difficulties resolved, enhanced motivation and attitude, improved internal staff communication and clearer focus and vision.
