Mark is a litigator, licensed in Texas and Washington, D.C., with two decades of experience primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, tort, and appellate practice. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a public arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), a panelist for the Asian International Arbitration Centre (formerly KLRCA), and frequently serves as sole arbitrator for property tax disputes in Harris County, Texas. He is also in the process of seeking admission to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales.
