Under the ECA45 Arbitration Rules, NZDRC offers a fixed fee arbitration process for monetary claims under $50,000 which are of limited complexity. To qualify, your case must be limited to no more than three issues in dispute and meet NZDRC’s terms and conditions for the fixed fee arbitration scheme, including the agreement by the parties to arbitrate under NZDRC's ECA45 Arbitration Rules.
