APPLY FOR EXPERT DETERMINATION

Before proceeding, the parties will need to agree to submit their dispute to Expert Determination. This can be done by signing NZDRC’s standard form Agreement for Expert Determination.

If you would like a template Agreement for Expert Determination, please email registrar@nzdrc.co.nz and our Registry staff will prepare this for you.

If the parties have agreed to submit their dispute to Expert Determination and you are ready to proceed, please get in touch by emailing our registrar below.
