Arbitration under other institutional rules

NZDRC has provided registry and administrative services in relation to arbitrations conducted under the rules of other arbitral institutions, including International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) arbitrations.

When can you use NZDRC?

You can access NZDRC’s registry and administration services if:

  • this is provided for in your arbitration agreement; or
  • the parties have agreed to NZDRC administering such arbitrations subsequent to the dispute arising.
