Contractual Adjudication Panel

This application form should be completed if you wish to be admitted to either the New Zealand Dispute Resolution Centre (NZDRC) Contractual Adjudication Panel or the New Zealand International Arbitration Centre (NZIAC) Contractual Adjudication Panel.

Prior to completing this application form, please contact our team to request the current eligibility criteria. You can do so by emailing panels@adrcentre.co.nz.

Documents you will need:

- Updated CV/Resume
- Two redacted decisions unless you are currently working with an ADR Centre Registry and have completed at least two decisions with us in the 12 months prior to your application. This includes the New Zealand International Arbitration Centre, the New Zealand Dispute Resolution Centre, the Building Disputes Tribunal and the FDR Centre.

Admin Fee

Payment of one-off administration fee of NZD150.00 will be required upon completion of this form. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer.
