Lease Dispute Mediation Application Form

Please use this application form if you wish to apply for NZDRC’s special fixed fee mediation service for disputes as to payment obligations under commercial leases arising as a result of the COVID-19 lockdown.

Agreement to Mediate

To proceed under this special service, the parties will need to agree to mediate under the NZDRC Mediation Rules. Parties can do this by completing our special form Agreement to Mediate.

The mediation itself will take place by videoconference and will be limited to a half day (up to four hours).

The fee which will apply to this service is fixed at $3,450.00 (including GST).

Once you have completed the agreement to mediate, please return to complete this application form.
